Business cards feel like the perfect design problem. Tightly controlled parameters, the need to concisely and quickly communicate a massive amount of personal and reputational information intended to make a memorable impression. Websites and LinkedIn and have lessened the significance considerably, but they are still fun to make. For small businesses or sole practitioners, it would often be the only branded material they could muster (most of these examples fall into that category), and those were often the most fun of all.
